A Year of Transformation: Putting Myself First
It was mid-July of 2024 and I had just returned from two weeks of exploring Italy, Croatia and Montenegro with my husband, Tommy for our 20th anniversary. Gratitude for Time and Space for Wellness
I have profound gratitude for being able to facilitate wellness retreats. The space created is one of safety and support, where participants can express themselves freely and share their journeys without judgment. By sharing experiences and challenges with others who have similar interests, connections are formed that can evolve into enduring friendships and support networks beyond the retreat.
